The Food and HealthFood is the fuel of our body. With good fuel your body works better than low-quality fuel.
Forget the word diet or lose weight, you need to eat well to feel good and be healthy. These are some truths of food:

No need to diet to lose weight. You need to eat less.

4 – It is a diet where you can eat everything in moderation.
